Engineering companies VOLTS Energy Limited and CC7 have signed an MoU for joint project implementation

On December 5, 2023, VOLTS Energy Limited, a provider of engineering services in the field of power, low-carbon solutions, and advanced energy technologies, entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with China National ChemicalEngineering No.7 Construction Company Limited (CC7).

Artem Denisov, Chairman of the Board ofDirectors of VOLTS Energy Limited, and Eugene Smyk, CEO of the company, held a business meeting with CC7 Vice President Xie Kun during the UN Climate ChangeConference COP28 in Dubai. The discussions focused on joint business development, engineering project implementation, and support for investment activities, culminating in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
